Polishing an existing document
Document Polish improves an existing document at one of four levels, from a light grammar fix to a comprehensive polish — without changing your meaning.
Document Polish takes a document you already have and improves the writing. You choose how much it does.
The four levels
- Grammar & Spelling — fixes spelling, punctuation and grammar only. Nothing else changes.
- Formal Tone — grammar fixes, plus converting informal language to a formal legal register.
- Clarity & Flow — grammar, tone, and improved sentence structure, with the meaning kept identical.
- Comprehensive Polish — all of the above, plus paragraph transitions and logical flow.
Using it
Open Drafting and select Document Polish, then upload or paste your document and choose a level. Each level is deliberately bounded so that a light pass does not quietly rewrite your substance.
Polish improves expression, not legal correctness. It will not check whether your document is right in law.
