Generating a legal document
The drafting studio generates pleadings, affidavits, arguments, correspondence and advisory documents, tailored to your jurisdiction, court and matter.
Molao can generate a first draft of a legal document, either standalone or grounded in one of your matters.
Creating a document
- 1Open Drafting and select Create Legal Document.
- 2Choose the document type. Types are grouped across pleadings, applications, affidavits, arguments, criminal, correspondence and advisory.
- 3Set the jurisdiction and, where relevant, the court and matter stage.
- 4Generate the draft, then review and edit it.
Matter-aware drafting
Generate a draft from inside a matter and Molao uses the matter's intelligence — its facts, issues, authorities, chronology and evidence — so the draft is grounded in the file rather than generic. Saved drafts appear under My Drafts.
A generated draft is a starting point, not a finished document. Read it in full, check every authority it cites, and settle it yourself before you use it.
