Understanding AI confidence scores
Each answer carries a High, Medium or Low confidence badge. It reflects how well the corpus supports the answer — not a guarantee that the answer is correct.
Every AI research answer is labelled with a confidence badge. It is a signal about the strength of the supporting authority, and it should change how carefully you check the answer.
The three levels
- High — the corpus holds clear, on-point authority for the answer.
- Medium — there is relevant authority, but it is thinner, more mixed, or less directly on point.
- Low — support is weak or indirect. Treat the answer as a starting point only.
What confidence does not mean
A High badge is not a promise that the answer is correct, complete, or current for your facts. It reflects how well Molao's corpus supports the answer, not whether the answer resolves your matter. Read the cited authorities yourself and apply your own judgment.
A Low badge is often a sign that your question falls in a gap in the corpus, or that it would be better answered by a different tool — for example the Deadline Calculator for a timing question.
