Managing or cancelling your subscription
See your current plan and renewal date, change plans, or cancel — all from your subscription settings. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Your subscription is yours to change. Everything is in one place under Account.
Where to manage it
Open Account, then Subscription. There you can see your current plan and renewal date, change to another plan, or cancel.
Changing or cancelling
- Upgrades give you the higher plan straight away, after payment.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- A cancellation stops the renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
To check what you have used against your plan this month, open Account, then Usage.
