Keeping your account secure
Use a strong password, turn on two-factor authentication, and note that changing your password signs out your other sessions.
A few habits keep your account, and the client information in it, safe.
Password requirements
Molao requires a password of at least 10 characters, with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number and one special character. A strength meter shows you how a new password measures up as you type.
Changing your password
Change your password under Account, then Security. When you change it, all your other sessions are signed out — useful if you think a device has been compromised, or you have signed in somewhere you should not have.
- Use a password you do not use anywhere else.
- Turn on two-factor authentication for a second layer of protection.
- Sign out of shared or public devices when you finish.
Molao will never ask for your password by email. If you receive such a request, do not respond to it.
